Privacy by design
We decide what data a feature needs before we build it, and we keep only that. Where there is a more private way to do something, we take it, and the document manager is built to keep its data on the device.

We build focused software for learning and for private data: two products, both currently in development.

For every feature, we decide the data first: what it touches, where it is kept, and what the person can delete. The design is built around that boundary, not added on once the work is done.
We decide what data a feature needs before we build it, and we keep only that. Where there is a more private way to do something, we take it, and the document manager is built to keep its data on the device.
We design for the phone before anything else: quick to open, comfortable to use with one hand, and laid out so the thing you came to do is the first thing you see.
We keep each app's scope narrow and describe it in plain words, so what you read matches what the app does.
Focused mobile applications with clear data boundaries and real control for the person using them.
We build for phones first, not as an afterthought to a desktop product. Screens are sized for a thumb and common actions sit within reach, and the app behaves the same way each time you open it.
We settle the privacy model before the first screen is drawn: what a feature collects, where it is kept, and what you can remove. It is a design constraint we work within, decided at the start.
Our document manager keeps personal and business documents in one organized place, reachable from your phone in a tap. Folders, tags, and search are built for finding a specific file fast. It is designed to keep that material on your device.
Each app does one job and does it completely. That keeps each interface simple enough to pick up quickly and dependable enough to use every day. We would rather ship a narrow tool that works than a broad one that almost does.
These principles hold across everything we build, in every app, without exception.
Every feature has to make one concrete task easier for the person using it. If it does not earn its place on the screen, it stays out until it does.
The main task should be clear without a tour or a tooltip. When a first-time user cannot tell what to do, we treat the screen as the problem and redesign it.
Before the design begins we answer the hard questions: what data a feature needs and where that data lives. We write the decision down so it can be checked later.
We describe what the software actually does, in language a person can verify by using it. Anything still in development is labelled as such, on the site and in the apps.
We write code we can read and maintain for years, and we avoid shipping features we are not prepared to support. Longevity matters more to us than a fast launch.
An app for learning English and a private document manager. Neither has shipped, so we publish direction rather than promises: what each product is for, and the boundary it is built around.
Learning
In developmentAn app for learning English with real depth: a structured path that starts at the first words and continues to confident, advanced use, built for steady daily practice on the phone. It is not yet released; this is the direction we are building toward.
Document manager
In developmentA mobile-first app for keeping personal and business documents organized and within reach, designed so that material stays on your device. It is not yet released; what follows is the direction we are building toward.
