ArsCore Technologies is early-stage and founder-led, registered in the IFZA free zone in Dubai. We build two products and keep each one tightly scoped: an app for learning English and a private document manager, both currently in development.

We build privacy-minded mobile apps. There are two, both currently in development: an app for learning English, and a private document manager designed to keep documents on the device.
How we work
Each product carries a narrow scope, and the privacy model is decided before the screens are designed. We describe what the software does in plain words, including what is still in development and what is not.
We build the kind of apps we would want on our own phones, which means we care about the parts most people never notice: how quickly a screen opens, how a list behaves once it gets long, how a tap feels under the thumb. We would rather spend an extra week getting one screen right than ship a rough version of three, and we treat speed and privacy as part of that care rather than features added at the end. We take the time to make each one do its one job well.
