Privacy Policy

How the ArsCore Technologies corporate website handles the limited visitor and contact information it receives, and the rights you have.

Last updated: June 12, 202620 sections

This Privacy Policy explains how ArsCore Technologies - FZCO handles information in connection with its corporate website at arscoretech.com. The website is an informational website only. It does not offer account creation, payments, downloads, or a product login, and it does not knowingly collect personal information beyond the limited categories described below. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Use.

01

Who is responsible for your information

The party responsible for the information described in this policy (the data controller) is ArsCore Technologies - FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA free zone under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our registered address is IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us about any privacy matter at contact@arscoretech.com.

References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy mean ArsCore Technologies - FZCO. References to "you" mean any visitor to this website.

02

Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to the ArsCore Technologies corporate website and to information we receive through it. It does not apply to any separate application, service, or third-party website, each of which is governed by its own terms and notices where applicable.

Because the website is informational, the only routine data flows are: (a) email you choose to send to us, and (b) standard technical logs generated by our hosting infrastructure when your browser requests a page. We describe each below.

03

Information we collect

Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, your name if you provide it, the content of your message, and any other details you add. We do not require you to send personal information, and you should not send sensitive information you do not wish us to hold.

Hosting and server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information for each request, which can include your IP address, browser type and user-agent, device and operating-system information, the pages or resources requested, referring pages, and the date and time of access. These logs are generated by the server, not entered by you.

We do not ask for, and the website is not designed to gather, special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial account data). Please do not submit such information through the website.

04

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The website itself does not set cookies, does not use marketing or advertising cookies, and does not include third-party analytics. It is a static informational site, so it does not track you across pages or sessions. Our hosting provider may, in limited situations such as mitigating an attack, set a strictly necessary security cookie as part of serving the site; any such cookie is essential to delivery and security, is not used to track you, and is not used for marketing or profiling.

The website stores one value in your browser's local storage: a language preference (under the key "arscore-locale"), so that the site opens in the right language. It is set when you pick a language with the language switcher or, on your first visit, from the language your browser reports. The value stays in your browser, is not an identifier, and is not used to track you. We do not read it on a server: the only thing we ever receive are the ordinary page requests your browser makes, which naturally reflect the language version you are viewing. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, and the site keeps working without it.

If we introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent or provide an appropriate control before any non-essential cookie is set. We will keep any such use proportionate and aimed at understanding and improving the website.

05

How we use information

We use email correspondence to read, respond to, and follow up on your message; to maintain a record of the exchange; and to address any related legal, security, or business matter.

We use hosting and server logs to operate, secure, and maintain the website; to diagnose technical problems; to detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, fraud, or attacks; and to keep records as needed for these purposes.

We do not use the limited information described in this policy to build marketing profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

06

Legal bases for processing

Where the UAE Federal Decree-Law on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) applies, we process personal data only where that law permits it: with your consent where consent is the appropriate basis (for example, any future non-essential cookies), and otherwise under the statutory grounds and exceptions the PDPL provides for processing that is necessary to operate and secure the website, to respond to messages you choose to send us, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where a visitor is in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on (a) our legitimate interests in running and protecting an informational corporate website and responding to enquiries, balanced against your rights and interests; (b) your consent where we ask for it; and (c) compliance with legal obligations where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described in the rights section below.

07

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We disclose information only as described here.

We use service providers that process information in the course of providing their services to us, in particular a website hosting and content-delivery provider (currently Cloudflare, which serves the site and processes the associated server logs) and a business email provider (currently Zoho, which transmits and stores email correspondence). We may change providers over time without materially changing the categories of processing described in this policy. Each provider processes the information under its published terms and data-processing commitments, which include standard international-transfer safeguards where relevant (such as standard contractual clauses) and may also permit limited processing for purposes such as security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and aggregated service improvement.

We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company, our users, or others. If our business or its assets are transferred, information may be shared with the relevant successor subject to this policy.

08

International transfers

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may process data in the UAE or in other countries. As a result, information may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside your own.

Where required by applicable law, including the UAE PDPL and, where relevant, the GDPR, we take reasonable steps so that international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

09

Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to an informational website to protect the limited information we hold against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us, including email, at your own risk and should avoid sending information you would not want disclosed.

10

Personal data breaches

We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to or loss of the limited information we hold. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting information described in this policy, we will assess the incident promptly and take steps to contain and remedy it.

Where applicable law requires it, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, the GDPR or UK GDPR, we will notify the competent authority and, where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, the individuals affected, within the timeframes the law sets out. Because the website is informational and holds only email correspondence and standard server logs, the scope of any such incident is limited by design.

11

Retention and deletion

We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, to maintain ordinary business records, and to meet applicable legal, accounting, or security obligations. As a guide, routine correspondence is reviewed and deleted or anonymized within approximately twenty-four months after the exchange ends, unless a longer period is required for one of those purposes.

Hosting and server logs are generated and held by our hosting provider for a short rolling period consistent with security, diagnostic, and operational needs and are then deleted or aggregated in the ordinary course. We may retain limited information for longer where retention is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

12

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you; to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; to request deletion of your data; to object to or request restriction of certain processing; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any right, email us at contact@arscoretech.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13

Complaints and supervisory authority

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at contact@arscoretech.com so we can try to resolve it directly.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In the United Arab Emirates this is the UAE Data Office, the federal supervisory authority established under Federal Decree-Law No. 44 of 2021. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

14

United States state privacy rights

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state laws. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising or for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not track visitors, there is no sale or sharing for an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to switch off, and the website does not respond to Do Not Track signals because it does not track you in the first place. If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may exercise the rights available to you under that law, to the extent that law applies to us, including access, correction, and deletion, by emailing contact@arscoretech.com, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. As a business that operates exclusively online, we designate that email address as our method for receiving these requests.

15

Visitors in other countries

The website can be visited from anywhere in the world, and the law of your country of residence may give you additional rights over your personal data or impose additional obligations on how it is handled.

We apply the standards described in this policy to all visitors, wherever they are located. If you write to us at contact@arscoretech.com to exercise a right available to you under your local law, we will consider the request in good faith and honor it where reasonably practicable, even where the law in question does not strictly apply to us. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under a law that does apply to us by its own terms; we honor those rights as that law requires.

16

Children

This website is directed to a general professional and business audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen, or under any higher age that your local law sets for these purposes.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us through the website, please contact us at contact@arscoretech.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

17

Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not operate or control. We provide these links for convenience only.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review the privacy notice of any site you visit.

18

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the content on this page.

Material changes take effect when the updated policy is posted. Your continued use of the website after an update indicates that you are aware of the current version.

19

Governing language

This Privacy Policy is published in English. If we provide a translation into another language and there is any conflict or inconsistency between versions, the English-language version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
